inkjet printed drawings on BFK Rives paper and text in French and English on Canson Vidalon Vellum, handbound in cloth, 18.5 x 12.3 x 1.3 cm, 8 signatures, 64 pages
The text is inspired by scientific research that was conducted and published between 1960 and 2010 concerning newborns and those born prematurely. Printed on tracing paper, the lines of text in French, representing the voice of the newborn, are intertwined with those of the voice of science in English; each mirroring the other on either side of the sheet. The drawings are taken from the Incubator series.
